Our website and general marketing services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the website without appropriate authorization.

Children may appear in event photographs or video when a parent, guardian or authorized client has engaged us to document the event. Such content is handled according to the applicable service agreement and permissions.

13. Photography, Video and Likeness

This Privacy Policy does not independently grant us permission to use a client’s likeness for advertising.

Copyright ownership, personal-use licensing and permission to display event photographs or video are addressed in the applicable client agreement, model release or other written authorization.

Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, sale, reorganization or transfer of all or part of the business.

Our business is based in Florida, United States. If you access our services from another jurisdiction, your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations used by our service providers.
